Sending a bug report

In Sprek: Profile → About → Report a bug, or shake your phone on the screen where it happened. It fills in your iPhone model and the Sprek and iOS versions, and you choose whether to add a screenshot. In TestFlight you can also take a screenshot and choose Share Beta Feedback.

Nothing shows

Sprek shows what Apple Health has. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Sprek and turn on all categories. Then reopen Sprek.

Numbers from my wearable are missing

Sprek reads Apple Health only. Your wearable's app must save to Apple Health first. Then open your Sprek profile → Data sources to pick where each number comes from.

No live heart rate

It needs a Bluetooth band with heart rate sharing turned on. Tap Live on the heart rate card, and allow Bluetooth for Sprek. It shows only while the heart rate card is on screen.

A food isn't found

Try Search online, Quick add or Enter it yourself, or photograph the label. Barcode products come from Open Food Facts, a database made by volunteers.

Delete my data

Delete Sprek to remove what it keeps on your iPhone. Delete what it saved in the Health app.
